RETURNS POLICY

Please note that all customer returns are subject to testing to corroborate any fault. In rare occasions a period of 7 days is required for technical inspection to corroborate certain faults with more intricate technical items.


Once tested faulty items brought back within 7 days will qualify for a replacement, repair or refund at the customer’s discretion. All returns brought back after 7 days will qualify for, in order:


  • A repair
  • A replacement with an identical item
  • A replacement with a similar item
  • Failing that, refund current sale value of the item


The repair will not exceed 6 weeks. Upgrades can be discussed with the customer at the manager’s discretion. There are no returns for a change of Mind.


Cash@Maxx will strictly adhere to the guidelines set out by trading standards with respect to trade practices and guarantee. Nothing in this policy shall affect the statutory rights of any customer.Please keep your receipt safe. Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.
