There are ongoing concerns of industrial action between members of the CWU and Royal Mail, although there are no current planned strike dates there is a large backlog of mail still in the Royal Mail system.
This means your parcel may still be delayed.
We are unable to investigate delayed orders until 14 days after the date of postage.
