This is how we grade our items.

PHONES & OTHER DEVICES (EXCLUDING GAMES CONSOLES)

GRADE A
The Item is effectively new, the product is free from any cosmetic marks and damage. It comes with the original box and all accessories received when bought new.

GRADE B
The item is used and may not have the original box. The item will be supplied with a charging cable where applicable. The item may have cosmetic wear based on usage but that will not hinder the user experience and/or function of the product.

GRADE C
This item is used and in a fair condition, it may have deep scratches, dents, screen burn, cracks or bends that will not hinder the use of the product. The product will be fully working, without a box and will not contain any of the original accessories. We always send a charging cable but, in most cases, this would be a 3rd party accessory.

Please note: All our items would be free of any previous owner’s information. They would also be free of any device & activation locks.

This item is in great condition, sometimes brand new. It comes with the original box and all inserts. It will also contain all accessories you would expect when buying a product new, including the cables and a matching controller.

This item would be in good to fair condition, will Come with orginal controller unless stated otherwise . It MAY contain the original box and/or the inserts. You will receive all the accessories you need however they may be 3rd party or not matching. The console may have visual marks or scratches.

Discounted
The console will have marks, chips and/or scratches. It will be a fully working product however its likely the original accessories maybe missing or would be replaced by 3rd party or compatible items. This item would not include the original box.
