If dispatch of your parcel is delayed beyond 7 days we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.

We are unable to investigate missing or delayed parcels until 14 working days after the dispatch date. Once this has passed we will arrange an investigation with the courier. This can take time and your full cooperation with this investigation would be appreciated. 

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

The state of a parcel being delivered encompasses various confirmations, which may include one or any of the following: obtaining a signature, delivering to a neighbour or secure location, or receiving a GPS location, picture, and/or signature from the delivery courier.

We use a mixture of Royal Mail and UPS Delivery options.
